Our gaming club is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and operates under Canadian law. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Gaming Facility Services

Zone Gaming Montreal provides premium gaming services including but not limited to high-end PC gaming stations, console gaming lounges, virtual reality experiences, retro arcade gaming, tournament hosting, and community events. Our facility features state-of-the-art gaming equipment, professional peripherals, and a comfortable gaming environment designed to enhance your gaming experience.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. Service availability may vary based on equipment maintenance, facility updates, or operational requirements. All gaming sessions are subject to availability and advance booking may be required during peak hours or special events.

2.1 Equipment and Technology

Our gaming equipment includes high-performance computers, gaming consoles, VR headsets, retro arcade machines, and professional gaming peripherals. All equipment is regularly maintained and updated to ensure optimal performance. Users are expected to handle all equipment with care and report any technical issues immediately to our staff.

2.2 Gaming Environment

We maintain a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. Our facility is equipped with proper ventilation, lighting, and seating to ensure comfort during extended gaming sessions. Food and beverages are available for purchase, and designated areas are provided for consumption to protect gaming equipment.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

All users must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while on our premises. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Users must respect other gamers, our staff, and our property at all times.

You are responsible for your personal belongings while on our premises. Zone Gaming Montreal is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We recommend securing valuable items and not leaving personal belongings unattended in gaming areas.

3.1 Age Requirements

Users under 18 years of age must have parental consent and may be required to have adult supervision depending on the time of day and specific activities. We reserve the right to request age verification and parental consent documentation. Certain games and activities may have age restrictions based on content ratings.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: bringing outside food or drinks without permission, smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, consuming alcohol unless in designated areas during special events, engaging in illegal activities, attempting to modify or damage equipment, installing unauthorized software, and disrupting other users' gaming experiences.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Gaming sessions can be booked online through our website or in person at our facility. Payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital payments. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance for individual sessions and 24 hours in advance for group bookings or events. Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy outlined in section 6.

4.1 Membership Programs

We offer various membership programs with different benefits and pricing structures. Membership fees are non-refundable and provide access to member-exclusive benefits such as priority booking, discounted rates, and special events. Membership terms and benefits may be modified with 30 days notice to members.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We may collect information about your gaming preferences, session history, and facility usage to improve our services and provide personalized recommendations. All personal information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available under specific circumstances and are processed according to our refund policy. Equipment failures that prevent gaming sessions will result in full refunds or session credits. Facility closures due to emergencies or maintenance issues will result in rescheduling or refunds at the customer's discretion.

Partial refunds may be available for shortened sessions due to technical issues beyond the user's control. Refunds for personal reasons such as dissatisfaction with game selection or performance issues related to user skill are not provided. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original session.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zone Gaming Montreal's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and follow industry safety standards, but users participate in gaming activities at their own risk. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from user negligence, pre-existing health conditions, or failure to follow safety instructions and facility rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All games, software, and digital content provided through our services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may only access and use this content in accordance with the respective license agreements. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

Zone Gaming Montreal respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. Any suspected copyright infringement should be reported to our management immediately. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate intellectual property rights.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec. Before pursuing legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration when appropriate.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zone Gaming Montreal regarding the use of our services.
